What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You may return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. To make a return, please contact returns@wholeloaf16.com, or fill out the easy to use return request form.
EXCHANGE ONLY WHEN PURCHASED AT RETAIL PRICE. ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE; NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags attached with original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- For hygienic reasons, all face masks are final sale and returns will not be accepted.
- No refunds or exchanges allowed for purchases made outside of the domestic United States.
Be sure to include your return slip (generated via the interactive returns process).
Please note: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you choose not to use our pre-paid shipping label, shipping costs are at your own expense. We do not refund original shipping and handling charges.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping will normally take 3-5 business days after the order has been processed. However, It can take up to 10 business days depending on shipping time. You will receive a e-mail when your order has been shipped.
What is the cost of shipping my order?
For domestic orders, we offer flat rate shipping for every purchase.
For international orders, the cost of shipping is calculated within the shopping cart during the checkout stage of each order.
Do you ship internationally?

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
